Sanskrit, Pali, Devanagari

The Devanagari script is used to write a multitude of languages in the Indian subcontinent. Sanskrit and Pali are two languages which have historically been written in a wide variety of scripts, but which today are most often written in Devanagari script.

Sanskrit and Pali texts include Hindu and Buddhist mantras and phrases, but also include a corpus of literature, poetry, essays, medical and scientific texts.
